In 2018, our founder Dani began her recruitment career at a prestigious executive search firm in London. She spent years placing leaders inside high-growth technology and financial services businesses, learning how the best searches are really run: quietly, thoroughly, and personally.

Two years later she returned to Bulgaria to bring that same standard home. Nexa Talent was founded to bridge the gap between world-class talent and the ventures that need them — whether in Sofia, London, Berlin, or fully remote.

We are deliberately small. Every mandate is worked by Dani directly. Every candidate on our bench has been interviewed in person. We don't run job boards or spray CVs.
